Sorry I am so late with this post, but I got a late start today and then had meetings tonight. My folks are here for the week and we are enjoying time with them. Anyway, better late than never! :o)

Mary appears back on the scene with the same faith she showed before - "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died." She knew what Jesus was capable of, but knew that He knew best as well. (32)
Verse 35 is the shortest verse in the Bible and so important: "Jesus wept." This showed the emotional side of Jesus and the fact that He was just like us with feeling of pain and frustration, etc.
Martha was worried about the smell. What do you think she was thinking? Jesus prayed to His Father and God granted His prayer and Lazarus came out and was alive! He did this to glorify God and prove that He was the Son of God.
Are there things you are trying to tell Jesus about how your life should go? Be careful! He DOES know best! Rest and lean on Him!
